Technical Support and Servicing

Bruce McNeill has a fully equipped radio workshop from which we are able to offer you full servicing, modifications and designs to your cordless phone.

We will provide on-site service to all customers in the Christchurch area. Out of Christchurch customers can courier their cordless phone to:
48 Fern Drive, Christchurch 3.

KXT3000 SERVICING AND PARTS

The Panasonic KXT3000 Cordless phone went out of production in November 1998. New parts are still available and we are able to rebuild handsets. Although factory new KXT3000's are no longer available, we are able to build up a new unit for customers and give a twelve months warranty. All our designs associated with the KXT3000 are still available.

MINIPHONE 300, MAXIPHONE 500 AND GIGASONIC SERVICING

The Miniphone 300, Maxiphone 500 and Gigasonic are now deleted products and have been replaced by the Durafon 1X and 4X, however, service support is still available.
